Bumrah became the first Indian to win the Men's Cricket Award of Sir Garfield Sobers in the year after Virat Kohli in 2018.
Indian Maestro Bowling of India Jasprit Brahra was declared the male cricket of the International Cricket Council (ICC) in 2024, while New Zealand's all -encompassing Amelia Kerr won the Women's Cricket Award.
Bumrah and Kerr won the Sir Garfield Soebers trophy and the Rachael Heyhoe Flint trophy, as ICC announced its winners at the best prizes on Tuesday.
It was Bumrah's second prize in two days, as he was also announced as the men's Cricket of the Year test on Monday while Kerr won the Cricket of the Year Award T20 for Women on Saturday.

Brahrah, who was also Deputy Captain of India, returned to the five-day format at the end of 2023 after a prolonged absence due to back injury.
The 31-year-old right edge was Kalitki's leading take-up in the international test cricket in 2024, leading the charts with 71, quite pure from the second ranked Gus Atkinson of England (52 in 11 games).
Its average bowling value throughout the year was a breathtaking 14.92 and it ended 2024 with a strike for the year of only 30.1.
“I'm genuinely honored to receive the Sir Garfield Award, and this recognition means so much to me,” Brah said after being declared Cricket of the Year of the ICC.
“I am grateful to the Cricket Brotherhood for this appreciation, which I share with India, my family and my teammates. My focus remains to contribute to the team and strive to achieve our collective goals.
“In 2024, it was incredibly special – winning the ICC men for the ICC 2024 World Cup in Barbados, and also contributed as much as I could in all three shapes of the game.
“I dedicate this award to all who have believed in me, the power of hard work and dreams and to bowlers around the world who continue to inspire and strive for excellence.”
Brahrace defeated England's Batthem Harry Bruoke and Joe Rore, as well as Sri Lanka's Camenu Mendis of the prize given by the governing body of the game.
Smrity Mandhana achieved a double success for India as he was selected as one day at the International Cricket of the Year of Women for the second time.
The introductory dough scored 747 tracks with an average of 57.46 in the calendar year while she won her second ICC Odi Award in 2018.
“This is a great joy and a matter of pride in presenting my side at the highest level, and this pleases me to play a role in helping the team to succeed,” said India's vice-captain of Mandhana.
“I want to separate this award to my teammates, coaches and family who were my absolute pillars of support.”
Afghanistan, the comprehensive Azmatullah Omarzai won the Odi Men Award after scoring 417 tracks and taking 17 Kalitz during the year.
The unstable Pace Arshdeep Singh bowling, which played a vital role in the campaign to win the World Cup in India in 2024, was declared the men's cricket of the year T20 for men.
Singh was also included in the All-Star T20 of the Year, along with compatriots Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandia and Brahrane.
Sri Lankan Batter Camenu Mendis, who had a breakthrough year with 1451 tracks in all formats, was declared the emerging Cricket of the Year of Men, as the South African universal circle Annene Derxsen won in the Women's category.
