Jenny Hermoso says that during the test of former football chief Luis Rubiales, the kiss “stains” his victory in 2023.
Spain star Jenny Hermoso told the process of a disgraced former football chief Louis Rubiales that the forced kiss he gave her in 2023, “should not happen in any social or work.”
Prosecutors are looking for two and a half years in prison for Rubiales for sexual assault and coercion after his Kissing Hermosa after the World Cup final in 2023 has caused global outrage.
Rubiales, 47, denies the fees. He called the kiss a harmless “pecking between friends celebrating” and denied all coercion.
“I felt that this was not completely in place and then I realized that my boss was kissing me and it should not happen in any social or work,” Hermoso told the court on the day of the process on Monday.
“A kiss on the lips is only given when I decide so,” she added.

The scandal that shook Spanish football and destroyed Rubiales' career came moments after Hermos and her teammates were ranked the glory of the World Cup, defeated England in the Sydney final.
While Hermoso joined her teammates in collecting the winners' medals, Rubiales gripped her head and kissed her on the lips before letting her two slaps on her back.
The act unleashed the public protest of what critics believed to be abuse of power and made a hermos icon to fight the macho culture and sexism in sports.
A recent reform of the Spanish Criminal Code classifies a non -congenital kiss as a sexual assault.
“As a woman, I felt disbelief. It was a moment that color one of the most happiest days of my life, “Hermoso said during the process.
“It is very important for me to say that at no time I have sought this act, let alone expect it.”
The trial of the San Fernando National Court of Justice near Madrid is scheduled to continue until February 19.
