The M23 rebellious fighters have passed in the center of Bukavu, the capital of South Kivu, in the Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, provoking mixed scenes of panic and celebration. It comes just weeks after the Rwanda -backed armed group seized Goma, in unprecedented expansion of the territory of the DRC under their control.
