Undisputed heavyweight champion Arthur Betterbiev and Challenger Dmitry Bivol weighed successfully on Friday at weighing their Dazn ppv Headliner this Saturday, February 22 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Former WBA buffalo champion (23-1, 12 CO) looked in great shape, but still showed slightly bruising under his left eye from the heavy strokes he received from Betterbiev in their previous match on October 12, four months ago.
During the face, Betherbiev (21-0, 20 CO) looked bigger and had a decisive look at him, as if he were ready to chase buffalo to knock him out this time. Betterbiev was getting off the knee surgery in his first match and did not start applying pressure to the middle point.
Beterbiev dominates the last half of the match, but many fans only remember the first part. They felt a buffalo won because of their quick start.
Weight Results
– Arthur Beterbiev: 175
– Dmitry Bivol: 174.1
“I thought it was close, but I made a separate solution to buffalo. I thought he had boxed really well, but you can't argue with a Beterbiev decision, “said Terens Crawford to Dazn Boxing when he asked him who felt deserved to win the first match between Arthur Beterbiev and Dmitry Bivol on October 12 last year in Riyadh.
“Both have the feeling that they can make adjustments to this second match,” Ade Oladipo said. “Who do you think should make the most adjustments to get w?”
“I think the buffalo has to make the most adjustments, because later in the circles, he touched a little, even though he struck a little more. I think he has to do a little more to get the victory, “Crawford said.
