President Volodimir Zelenski's meeting with US President Donald Trump in Washington, Colombia, ended after the two leaders collided with a heated exchange for Russia's war against Ukraine.
In the Oval cabinet on Friday, Trump and his vice president, JD Vance, have hit Zelenskyy for being “disrespectful” and did not thank the US enough for his support.
“You bet on the lives of millions of people,” Trump shouted. “You bet on gambling with World War II and what you do is very disrespectful to the country – this country.”
Zelenski, who met Trump to convince him not to face Russian President Vladimir Putin and discuss the possible US security guarantees for Ukraine in the event of a fire, told Trump that there would be no “killer compromises on our territory”.

As the Ukrainian leader left the White House shortly after the verbal match, Trump has undertaken the Trump social media app, which he possesses to write that Zelenskyy is not “ready for peace if America is involved.”
“He does not respect the United States of America in his hidden oval. He can come back when he is ready for peace, “he added.
Zelenskyy published on the X after the meeting to thank the United States for his support.
“Thank you Potus, Congress and the American people. Ukraine needs a fair and lasting peace and we work for that, “he writes.
Here's how some world leaders responded to the heated dispute:
Medvedev, a former Russian president, wrote to Telegram that Trump had given Ukraine a “strong slap on the wrist”.
“For the first time, Trump told the cocaine clown the truth of his face: Kiev's regime plays with the Third World War. And the unfavorable pig received a strong slap on the wrist from the pig owners. This is useful. But it's not enough – we have to stop the military help of the Nazi machine, “Medvedev said.
Kalas said it was clear that “the free world needs a new leader.”
“Ukraine is Europe! We are standing next to Ukraine, “Kalas said in a social media publication.
“We will strengthen our support in Ukraine so that they can continue to fight (against) the aggressor,” she added. “Today it became clear that the free world needs a new leader. It is up to us, Europeans, let's take this challenge. “
Macron told reporters in Portugal that Russia is the “aggressor” in Ukraine and Ukrainians are “aggressive people”.
“I think three years ago we were good to help Ukraine and sanction Russia and continue to do so. We, these are the United States of America, Europeans, Canadians, Japanese and many more, “Macron said.
“And we have to thank everyone who has helped and respect those who have been fighting from the beginning. As they are struggling for their dignity, their independence, their children and the security of Europe. These are simple things, but they are good to remember at times like these, that's all, “he added.

Stoer condemned the White House events as “serious and discouraging”.
“Ukraine still needs US support, and Ukraine's security and future are also important to the United States and Europe.
“President Volodimir Zelenski has strong support in Ukraine, widespread support in Europe, and he leads his people during a very demanding and brutal time, under attack from Russia. The fact that Trump accuses Zelenski of Gambling with World War I is a deeply unreasonable statement that I distance myself, “he said in a statement to the Norwegian TV2.
Foreign Minister Margus Tsahna wrote to X that the only obstacle to peace was “Russian President Vladimir Putin's decision to continue his war of aggression.”
“If Russia stops fighting, there will be no war. If Ukraine stops fighting, there will be no Ukraine. Estonia's support for Ukraine remains unwavering. It is time for Europe to activate, “Tsahk writes.

“Dear Ukrainian friends, you're not alone,” Tusk published on X.
“Ukraine, Spain is standing with you,” writes Sanchez at X.
“Make me peace, stop this war! Come on @realdonaldrump, ”Salvini wrote to X.
“Sweden stands with Ukraine. You are not only fighting your freedom, but for all Europe. Glory Ukrainians! “He writes to X.
