Struggle
- The Russian Ministry of Defense claims that his forces took control of the village of Kostintiinopil in southern Ukraine in East Donetsk. Three other villages – Malay Loknya, Cherkasco Porecho and Hair – in the Kursk border region were also seized by Moscow, the ministry said.

- French Armed Forces Minister Sebastien Loukunnu said his country plans to use interest from frozen Russian assets to finance $ 211 million weapons for Ukraine. France will also send some of its older armored combat vehicles in Kiev, he said.
- The United States Secretary of State Marco Rubio will travel to Saudi Arabia this week to talk with Ukrainian counterparts, the US State Department said.
